The Casa de Sapê is a small precious gem located close to the larger Casa Areia.

The house, on two floors, shows its character already in the contrast between the roof tiles made of clay and the lightness of the patio made of wood and covered with sapé, a natural fiber used by the natives to repair their homes.

The house is characterized by an open-air dining area adjacent to the living area, plus a further alcove perfect for relaxation, a quiet place where you can read a good book or enjoy a conversation.

The house has three double bedrooms all with an en suite bathroom, with a large shower.

Casa de Sapê also has an oval-shaped swimming pool, situated just before the access to the private beach, which faces the lounge area with a barbecue station under a triangular shaped pergola. All this is nestled within a lush garden of native vegetation.

Casa Areia is a beautiful residence.

The Atlantic ocean on one side, and the clayey cliff on the other: the two houses, all surrounded by well maintained gardens, full of tropical plants, are equipped with furniture made by local craftsmen with reinterpreted vintage elements.

The largest of the two residences has two levels: on the first floor there is the master bedroom with a king size bed, a bathroom with shower and a private terrace with sofas and a Ofurô (the traditional Japanese wooden bathtub), from where you can enjoy a stunning sea view.

Near the master bedroom there is a bedroom with two single beds that can accommodate two people.

On the ground floor there is a second large bedroom with two bunk beds, and a bathroom with a shower.

The second house, located on the opposite border of the property and separated from the rest of the residence, by a spectacular open-air bath, is smaller but full of charm.

The house is on two levels and has two symmetrical bedrooms, one with a sea view and the other overlooking the cliff. The two are separated by a comfortable living area, both bedrooms have an en suite bathroom with shower.

The third bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower is situated on the ground floor.

On the same level there is also an open space with a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a guest’s bathroom.

Outside, the lawn slowly gives place to the beach and this seaside area has a dining place, bar and a quaint dressig-hut with a practical en suite bathroom.

The Casa Areia and Casa de Sapê  are neighbors properties located at the Rio Verde’s Beach.
They are connected by internal passages along the garden, but also have a separate entrance, the two are held by the same group of employees, thus enabling the rent together.

These properties are maintained by an impeccable team of staff, composed of housekeepers, cook, housekeeper, gardener and night watchman.
