Casa Portunhol was built in the beautiful Beach of Rio Verde by will of an eclectic citizen of the world who, in 2014, decided to leave for a long trip with his inseparable Chevrolet vintage, leaving the management of the property to a French chef and to a curator of events from Sao Paulo. This couple worked together for a substantial and functional restyling of the property, creating an extraordinary and unconventional place with a very strong character.
The uniqueness of this residence is the imperceptible line between sea, beach and social areas that are beautifully blended into a single environment without boundaries but at the same time very private.
Casa Portunhol can accommodate up to 8 people; it is on two levels and it is characterized by a bridge structure. Upstairs there is an apartment with a rooftop terrace, living room, master suite with shower and Jacuzzi, dining room and kitchen.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with green bathrooms. Between the two bedrooms, the scenic dining room finds its ideal place overlooking the sea, a small piece of paradise that marks the passage from the sea to the lush garden, where there is the kitchen and the breakfast area.
Further down in the garden you can see a tower on stilts, that is home to a comfortable and panoramic suite with bathroom and kitchen. Underneath it, there is a private lounge area.
Nearby, well-placed in the context, there is an additional cottage that can accommodate, if necessary, up to 4 guests in two bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
All rooms are equipped with air-conditioning.
Wi-Fi is available in the common areas.
A garage, a kayak and a surfboard complete the amenities of Casa Portunhol.
