‘Ambrosio likened Trancoso’s bohemian feel to that of Ibiza. “Everything is very hippie and simple, but chic. It’s very charming,” she says.
The mix of locals selling handicrafts, street vendors hawking food, boys playing soccer and live music in the streets brought her back to her childhood. “The culture reminds me of when I grew up in Brazil, and I wanted my children to live that,” she says. “It’s such a simple life.”
