Set in a privileged landscape context, overlooking the enchanting Beach of Itapororoca, Sitio Patimirim was built in the name of elegance, privacy and desire of hospitality of the owners.
The residence, built almost entirely with local precious woods, overlooks a lush garden that accompanies the guest leading up to the access to the beach. The four independent units, located inside the property, are perfectly integrated with the surrounding nature.
The heart and focal point of the project consists of a central block with a bright living area with living room, TV room, dining room, kitchen, guest bathroom and sauna. The block has two wings, which are developed on two floors, inside the wings there are four suites that overlook the ocean and the pool, creating an effect of continuity with the landscape.
All around the central block there are the other three cottages, surrounded by the lush vegetation , two of them with 2 suites: one single and one double; the third cottage has two double bedrooms.
In addition to the games room with pool table and foosball, another place of conviviality is the deck of the pool with a pergola to protect the living area from the sun.
You can have fun at the beach lingering at beach lounge or taking advantage of the kayaks that are there for the guests. The house is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and Wi-Fi and the outdoor parking.
The service is provided by reliable staff that includes: a general assistant, a housekeeper, a cook, an assistant for the laundry and caretaker.
