This property is one of the first within the Condominium Itapororoca, two kilometers from the Historic Quadrado of Trancoso. The land, a coconut grove full of various species of native vegetation, has an area of 12.400 m² with 80 meters of beach front.
In addition to the main house there is a guest house, garage, laundry and caretaker’s house. The project is by the architect Beatriz Regis Bittencourt and the execution by Ricardo Salem.

Guest house: Surrounded by large balconies and a deck that contains two sofas, it consists of two very spacious suites and a living room with a bar-bar and kitchen. The kitchen has a refrigerator, 4 burner stove, pantry and several cabinets. On the balcony at the front of the room there is a large dining table.
Caretaker’s house: it is right at the entrance of the property and has two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a balcony.
