I wonder what the eclectic architects Ricardo Salem and Beatriz Regis Bittencourt must have thought when for the first time they admired the view from the spot where one of their architectural jewels now stands. They will probably agree with us in considering it one of the most enchanting places of Trancoso.

The beautiful view of the ocean has greatly contributed to the success of their project as the ‘feel rouge’of the villa is precisely the continuity between the landscape outside, and the inside.

The harmony of warm, natural tones that cover the walls form the backdrop to the mix of eastern-inspired décor cleverly integrated with local craftwork.

This house, on two floors, has five bedrooms. The first floor is occupied entirely by the comfortable master bedroom with king size bed, en suite bathroom with bathtub, and a balcony with a 180 degree views of the Trancoso coastline.

The other four bedrooms are on the ground floor. Three of them have ocean views and twin beds, and en suite bathrooms with a large and scenic shower. Those rooms have been obtained from a green open air area. The fourth, with a view of the garden, has two single beds and a bathroom.

On the ground floor there is a large living area which includes a living room, a dining room and the adjacent fully equipped kitchen, a lounge with TV and a guest’s bathroom.

The house seems to be peeking shyly from the lush vegetation to show all its elegance thanks to the beautiful external finishings. The spectacular terraces and pergolas, the infinity pool, the relaxation area with colorfully embroidered hammocks and the small circular orchard, a true masterpiece, all combine to offer guests an exceptional outdoor experience.

The house is equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, a dock for MP3 players and satellite TV.

The cleaning service and breakfast are provided by the efficient and reliable staff: a housekeeper and a full time caretaker.
