Casas Biribandos was one of the first Biribandos houses to be built in Trancoso right next to the famous Quadrado and it’s definitely one of those houses that have managed to retain most of their original Trancoso soul.
The residence, in fact, maintains the charm and character of the local architecture of the 80s although it has all the comforts of nowadays.
The property consists of two houses nestled within a lush garden with fruit trees. There are, in fact, plants of Eugenia uniflora, jaca, mandarin and caja that, in addition to delighting guests with their fragrant flowers, also ensure an enjoyable intimacy and privacy.
The interiors are spacious and comfortable. There are canvases and paintings on the walls, a real passion for the owner. Large windows brighten the rooms, and seem like paintings thanks to the breathtaking views.
The Casa Principal (Main House) has the living area on the ground floor, along with a dining room and a kitchen, with a guest bathroom, two other suites with queen-size beds . The first floor has a master bedroom suite with balcony, bathroom and living area.
The second house, Casa Laranja (Orange House), has a master bedroom suite on the first floor which overlooks the sea, and the second pool, and two suites with queen size beds on the ground floor. The living area consists of a lounge, a dining room with a kitchen and a bathroom.
The property includes an additional cottage located in a panoramic position: the Suite has a bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower and a furnished patio.
The stunning infinity pool is located, along with the patio, in the most scenic area of the property where there is also the dining room and the living area.
All residences are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet access and audio dock for an MP3 player.
The daily cleaning service and breakfast are provided by the efficient and friendly staff: the housekeeper, the cook and the caretaker.
