Tranconisia house, located a few minutes walk from the center of Trancoso and the beautiful Quadrado, is the result of the unusual and interesting mix between the Brazilian culture and the Franco-Tunisian one, which is the culture of the owners. The project by the architect Benedetto Fernando Moreira is the interpretation of two different architectural worlds, perfect blend of luxury and simplicity.
In the spirit of a traditional African diars, the house was designed around a common central area, with a pool made of Brennand ceramic and overlooking the lounge area situated under a large patio.
In the interior, the design combines some elements and furnishings typical of Bahia with some from the Mediterranean tradition, focusing on the sophisticated details and on the unique pieces collected by the owners during their travels.
Tranconisia house can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children. In the main house there are 3 bedrooms plus a room with two beds for children.
A charming independent cottage on stilts has a double bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace overlooking the garden.
Common areas include, in addition to the luxurious living inside, three covered areas facing the long side of the pool, the dining room, the lounge and the bar and there is also the kitchen with pizza oven and barbecue .
The Tranconisia house garden is a true hidden oasis where you can relax in the many social areas, on the hammocks or in one of the panoramic terraces where you can enjoy the afternoon breeze.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV.
The house has an area for the staff and the laundry.
Cleaning services and breakfast are managed by a reliable staff: a housekeeper and a gardener and ,on request, a personal chef.
