Casa Tranconisia, located a few minutes walk from the center of Trancoso and Quadrado, is the result of the unusual mixture of Brazilian and Franco-Tunisian cultures, where the owners come from.
The architectural design of Benedetto Fernando Moreira is the interpretation of two worlds of architecture: luxury and simplicity, in perfect harmony.
In the spirit of the traditional African diars, the house was designed around the central area, with the pool leaning over the lounge to the patio.
Inside the house, the decoration combines elements and furniture typical of Bahia with others of Mediterranean origin, with sophisticated details and unique pieces, that the owners have brought from their travels.
Casa Tranconisia accommodates up to 8 adults and 2 children. In the main house there are 3 double rooms and the other with 2 beds for children.
A charming independent building, has a double bedroom, bathroom and terrace, overlooking the garden.
In the communal areas, in addition to the beautiful living room, the house has three covered areas framing the pool, dining room, lounge and bar, plus kitchen with pizza oven and grill.
The garden of Casa Tranconisia is a veritable oasis where you can relax in one of the delightful social areas or even in a hammock, in one of the terraces with panoramic views, enjoying the afternoon breeze.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The services and breakfast are served by the reliable staff of homemade gardener and a personal chef – on request. The house also has dependencies of employees and laundry.
