House located right in the historic center of Trancoso, next to the famous Quadrado at a privileged location, where its residents can access in a few minutes one of the most beautiful beaches of Trancoso and, also, fully enjoy the nightlife in the city center.
This house is located in Condo Tempo, which is an area of only nine houses with a dense and lush landscaping, where there are centuries-old native trees that provide housing for several species of birds.
This house follows an architectural line harmonized with the other houses in the condominium, where simple lines stand out forming a rectangular geometry.
Structured on two floors, the upper is intended for the intimate area of the bedrooms (3 suites) and the ground floor is reserved for the social area.
