Casa Portunhol was built on the beautiful Rio Verde Beach by an eclectic “citizen of the world” who later decided to go on a long road trip with his inseparable Chevrolet Vintage.
He left the management of the property in the hands of a French Chef and a brazilian event consultant.
The couple worked together on a substantial renovation of the house, creating an extraordinary and unique personality.
The differential of this residence is the imperceptible line that is established between the sea, the beach and the social areas, united in an environment only, but without losing privacy.
Casa Portunhol accommodates up to 8 people in a two store construction. Upstairs there is a mini apartment with terrace, living room, master suite, kitchen and dining room.
Downstairs are two suites. Among them, the dining room has a prominent position overlooking the sea. It marks the passage from the beach to the garden, where there are also the kitchen with balcony, where you can have breakfast. It’s a little piece of paradise.
Further on in the garden is a tower built in the tree, which accommodates a comfortable suite with panoramic views. In its shade, there is a nice outdoor living room.
In an attached building and appropriately allocated, there are 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 guests sharing a bathroom.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Wi-Fi is available in public areas.
Garage, a kayak and a surfboard are available to guests of Casa Portunhol.
