Located inside the Pedro Grande Condominium on a hill overlooking the Nativos Beach, Casa Pedro Grande was designed by Ricardo Salem, one of the finest architects and pioneer of rustic-chic style in Trancoso.

Vintage furnitures, paintings including some by Franco Cirri and jewelry from around the world characterize the house. The symbol of the property is, without any doubt, the centuries-old tree that stands majestically on the side of the pool.

The property consists of 4 houses located within its lush garden. On the top floor of the main house there is the master bedroom with a king size bed and a furnished terrace, with views as far as the eye can see off the coastline. On the ground floor the attention to the details and to the harmony between interior and exterior, accentuated even further by the large sliding windows, give the house extraordinary scenic effects. There is a large open space with the living area, the dining room with kitchen and island , a relaxation room with TV, the guest bathroom and the second bedroom with two single beds, large wardrobe, en suite bathroom with shower and a terrace overlooking the garden.

Close to the first unit there are two other cottages arranged with a furnished terrace with sea views. They have a bedroom with a king size bed, large walk-in closet, en suite bathroom with shower and a scenic view of the garden.

The property includes another cottage with furnished patio, ideal for the younger guests. The cottage has two bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms, a kitchen and a living area equipped with multi-colored oversized pillows where you can play and watch TV undisturbed.

Outside there is a beautiful swimming pool illuminated by soft lighting at night that, together with the lights of the lanterns of the porches, create a beautiful atmosphere. Masterfully decorated gazebos by the swimming pool create nice areas for relaxation and dining.

The house is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and a dock for MP3 player. There is also a parking area and the caretaker’s house.

Cleaning services and breakfast are run by a reliable staff of housekeepers, a cook, a gardener and a caretaker.
