Casa Origem (Origin) is located on a cliff, opening onto a vast horizon of treetops of Atlantic Forest species, with the sea in the background.
A magnificent view that can be seen from the two rooms, the balcony, the deck, several bedrooms, the swimming pool, the gym and the garden.
On the west side, the entire vast area of the farm opens up, a huge rubber plantation of great beauty. Next to the house, there is also an agroforestry where vegetables and fruits are cultivated for consumption by the owners and guests.
From an architectural point of view, it is a farmhouse, with a single ground floor, structured in a large open U on a lawn that guarantees the sea view in all its fullness. It is a very large house, in which all spaces are extraordinarily generous and converge on a large veranda that extends onto that extensive lawn.
The pillars, beams and other structural elements of the roof are of wide gauge and very old wood, being visible in their natural color. The windows, also made of old hardwood, with a low parapet and high height, as well as the doors, with their patina showing the effect of time on their surface, mark a very characteristic style of Bahian hacienda.
The walls of the rooms facing the garden are made up of sliding glass doors, permanently guaranteeing a view of the garden and the sea, as well as the entry of sunlight and natural ventilation inside.
The living room is equipped with a fireplace and extends, on the same level, to an extensive deck where there is another fireplace in copper pot and a large sofa. The dining room has a table for 10 people and includes a gourmet kitchen area with a pizza oven. A third room, accessed from the balcony and with a more intimate profile, is the TV room.
All five suites have air conditioning, with four of the five suites having a bathtub. And one of the suites is installed in a bungalow, on stilts, at the height of the treetops and with sea views, minibar, TV, Nespresso machine, a balcony and a glass bathroom surrounded by greenery on all sides.
The pool is made of pebble stones and has an infinity edge and is complete with a shower, a deck with sun loungers, and a barbecue area. In the pool area there is also a gym, fully equipped with machines and a sauna.
The furniture and decoration present in all spaces are perfectly aligned with the aesthetic matrix of the construction, being chosen pieces that take us back to the Bahian farm environment and the popular art of this region.
This house is very special because it provides a bundle of very good and strong emotions to its owners and guests. It enjoys both a very strong external involvement of the sea and nature as well as an internal environment of maximum comfort and well-being.
