Casa Odara is a small luxury jewel in the beginning of the Quadrado, in the northeast corner.

An old fisherman’s house, Casa Odara has recently been reformed to become an ideal refuge for those who want to absorb the true essence of life in Trancoso.

Casa Odara combines clever design with local furniture, including unique and limited edition pieces from designer Wilber Das’s collection.

With its colonial façade and sloping roof, this house looks more like a typical Quadrado house. But its interior provides a pleasant surprise with a central courtyard open to the rooms of the house, inspired by the classic Mediterranean style.

This intelligent adaptation of space and light makes the house appear larger and the circulation between the internal and external spaces is almost imperceptible. So it is inviting the light of day, with comfortable options to enjoy the sun or cool in the shade, and during tropical nights, under the stars and the moon, surrounded by the magic glow of lanterns and candles.

There are two suites that offer flexibility for friends or a small family. The master suite has a king size bed and the second suite has two twin beds.
