The main idea of the project for Casa do Jose Romeu came from the desire to create inside the residence a secret garden where all the rooms overlook without compromising the total privacy of the guests.
The residence consists of two units with different use and different architectural style. These two areas are accessed through a parallelepiped entrance which has been converted into the sleeping area, partially built on two levels and that contains six bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms.
Once through the beautiful walkway suspended over the pool that separates the two buildings, you arrive in front of a scenic structure with a roof entirely made of wood. Inside there are all the social areas: the living area, the dining room and the kitchen, all with a beautiful view of the golf course.
The interior decor of the residence reflects the architectural taste of the region: solid furniture, armchairs, ottomans, lamps, sofas mostly made of wood and wrought iron, pieces of local handicrafts and colorful paintings on the walls.
The central volume is surrounded by a deck on stilts where there is a dining area,with barbecue, overlooking the golf course and a hot tub area with a scenic waterfall and two imposing wooden statues.
To complete the amenities of the house a covered garage that can be used to park the golf karts available to guests.
The cleaning services and breakfast are guaranteed by a reliable staff : a housekeeper, a cook and a gardener-caretaker.
The Terravista Condominium offers its guests one of the most beautiful golf courses in Latin America and the right to special discounts on greenfees and golf carts and also the possibility to use the airport and heliport Terravista, the access to the beach through the scenic passage located within a picturesque canyon of red clay and the Beach Bar restaurant on the enchanting Rio da Barra beach .
