Located in Itapororoca, the most beautiful Beach of Trancoso, surrounded by beautiful coral reefs and colorful natural pools, where the water is calm and blue, Casa Floresta shows its beauty already from the entrance immersed in the Mata Atlantica.
The house reflects the owner’s passion for quality craftsmanship, represented by a large collection of artwork from all over Brazil.The property is divided into five separate units arranged in a horseshoe and has four suites.
One of the units has two floors: on the ground floor there are two living areas with sofa’-beds and two marble bathrooms with showers. Upstairs there is the sleeping area with two bedrooms, with a beautiful sea view, both with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. A wooden patio, partly covered by pergolas and equipped with oversized sofas, connects this area to the living area with TV, bar and guest bathroom.
This unit is the real heart of the house: the furniture becomes the absolute protagonist capturing the attention thanks to its contemporary pieces of art, statues and local crafts that help to define the character of this unique place. In front of the living area and separated by a well maintained lawn, the third unit has a dining room and a kitchen in the simple style that characterizes Trancoso.
The others two suites, with large master bedroom and bath with marble shower, are located close to the beach and are situated inside other independent bodies, built on stilts. The view is gorgeous: stunning views as far as the eye can see off the coast of Trancoso.
In the garden there is an additional outdoor dining area with a wonderful table for 18 people and a barbecue. There is also a soccer field with grass, swimming pool and covered parking. The house is equipped with air conditioning, an audio dock for MP3 players, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Kayaks and windsurfing boards are also available for the guests. The daily cleaning service and breakfast are provided by the efficient and friendly staff: a housekeeper, a cook and a caretaker.
