Casa da Ponta is on top of the cliff, like a privileged spectator of one of the most beautiful coastlines of Trancoso and Bahia. Located in the private condominium Altos de Itapororoca, it was designed by the architects Paulo Milani e Alberto Busacca and built by Ricardo Salem.
The house is built on different levels in order to fully enjoy, both from an interior perspective and from the comfortable outdoor living areas, its beautiful landscape. The luxurious interior is a clear homage to the indigenous Brazilian style, a decor that harmoniously blends designer furnishings and elements borrowed from European culture.
The house consists of a main unit on two levels. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, each with queen size beds and en suite bathrooms, the living room with a guest’s bathroom and a large terrace with comfortable sofas. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with wardrobe, bathroom and a separate living room with a TV.
Through partly covered paths, you enter the second unit, with a kitchen and a dining room, where you can enjoy the spectacular views that, from the pool, fade down to the sea.
Two other independent cottages complete the property. In the first one there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, both with en suite bathrooms. They are cleverly separated by a comfortable living area. In the second cottage there are two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a balcony with stunning views.
The lush garden of 15,000 square meters contains, in addition to the stunning pool and the spectacular bar, a relaxation area with loungers, tables, sofas and living area on stilts overlooking the sea. From here, there is also a small path leading to Itapororoca Beach.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. Among other amenities of the house there is also the caretaker’s apartment, and the parking lot outside.The service is provided by reliable staff: a housekeeper, a cook, a gardener and a barman.
