This house is located in Trancoso, in the Condominium Altos de Trancoso, on the top of the cliff and offers a beautiful sea view. On the other side of the land, this construction also benefits from a wonderful green area.
This house is the result of a sophisticated architecture project in which the main feature lies in the simplicity of its geometry, exploring this excellent location and create an environment that is both rustic and contemporary.
For all these reasons, it has been featured in several publications on the theme of architecture and decoration. The walls of the house guarantee an extraordinary use of light and natural ventilation, allowing the breeze and the soft sound of the sea to enter the house.
The house has two independent blocks. One, with a ceiling height of 5 meters, composes the social area where the hall, the dining room, the living room and the kitchen are located. In the other block, there is the part reserved for the suites and from them a wonderful view over the green area is reached.
Everything in this house was designed within the overall project of great taste, emphasizing that the furniture was signed by several Brazilian designers.
Outside the house, a magnificent swimming pool and a flower garden offer other well-being environments. The house also has a gourmet area and the possibility to have meals on the cliff with the company of the wide sea view.
