Just a step from the Terravista Golf, in one of the most luxurious condominiums in the region, Casa Terravista 32 is spread over an area of 700 m² and is the ideal solution for those wishing to stay close to one of the most famous, fascinating and challenging golf courses of South America.

The interior is rich with amenities that make the atmosphere very relaxing. The project manager is the renowned Brazilian architect David Bastos who, in the design and construction of the Casa Terravista 32, has used natural materials and simple finishes to strengthen the feeling of informality that the house already naturally communicates.

The large wooden beams on the ceiling are one of the stylistic features of this residence, that is characterized by the presence of numerous sliding doors and windows designed to make the most of natural ventilation and lighting in this corner of Brazil.

The landscape is always wonderful and varied: the residence, in fact, overlooks the gardens, the golf course and the outdoor pool. The swimming pool, in particular, is one of the most important elements of the project and was adorned with beautiful bi-color tiles with geometric patterns.

The house consists of two cottages ideally connected by this scenic stretch of water and has four bedrooms.

In the main house there is the master bedroom overlooking the golf course and a second double bedroom. Both have an en suite bathroom with shower.
