This house is located in the Txai Condominium, right on the hill of the beautiful Rio da Barra Beach, and is part of the vast Terravista complex, located in the area adjacent to the golf course.
The architecture of this house is defined in a U shape, with the swimming pool located in the middle of the two wings. It is a single-story house and has a large solarium on the terrace. Its surroundings are especially marked by the sea view that can be seen from various points of the house, the pool and the garden, but, even more impressively, from its terrace.
