Casa Laranja was one of the first houses to be built by Biribandos (a term used to describe outsiders who arrived in the 1970s) in Trancoso, very close to the famous Quadrado. It is definitely one of the houses that has best preserved the original spirit of Trancoso.
The residence retains the charm and character of the local architecture of the 1980s, but with all the comforts of today.
The property consists of two houses well distributed in a garden full of fruit trees: Eugenia, pitanga, jackfruit, banana, tangerine, star fruit, among other plants that, in addition to enchanting guests with their fragrant flowers, also ensure intimacy and privacy.
The interiors are spacious and comfortable. There are paintings on the walls, a great passion of the owner of the house. Large windows illuminate the rooms and frame the breathtaking views, looking like paintings.
The second house, Casa Laranja, has a master suite upstairs, where the view is breathtaking, overlooking the beach, the pool, and the orchard, full of monkeys and rare birds, and two other suites on the ground floor. The living area consists of a living room, dining room with kitchen, and half bathroom.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and an audio station for MP3 players. Services are provided by an efficient and friendly team of housekeepers, cooks, caretakers, and gardeners.
